The Cyber View from the Hill

Dominance

What a great win over on the weekend. It was a domanant display from the outset and the tactoc of Burgess running at Thurston all day payed off.

Injuries & Pre Jun 30 Shopping

All Souths fans are really disappointed that Ben Ross could not be cleared to play in 2010, and tehn on top of this the knee injury to Geddess on the weekend has left us short on props. So Souths went on a pre-Jun 30 shopping to address long term injuries to Ross / Crocker / Geddes. Welcome back Jamian Lowe and new buy Craig Stapleton.

We Are At The Top

If you care to look at the comp tables this week you will notice that in FG we are Top 3, NYC equal leaders and equal leaders of the club championship. Well done boys.

Judicery

The talking point all week is the lack of consitency at judicery for SOO and normal clubs games. First rep and Semi final matches should be worth 200 points before you can be suspended. Secondly the 50% loading of the base penalty continues to be a flaw in the system. In simple loading should NEVER apply to offenses of Grade 1 or 2. These were never really send off offenses before the points system came in and we should stop trying to rub players out of the game for minor incidents.
