2010 Round 2 Teams v Gold Coast

The South Sydney Rabbitohs are pleased to announce their team to take on the Gold Coast Titans in round two this Friday 19 March at ANZ Stadium. Rabbitohs Head Coach John Lang has been forced to make changes to his team line up from round one because of injury. Ben Lowe comes into the starting line up at lock, pushing Sam Burgess into the second row for the injured Eddy Pettybourne, who suffered a broken jaw last Sunday against the Roosters. Pettybourne is expected to be sidelined for two months. Dave Tyrrell will come on to the interchange bench. Junior Vaivai will come into the centres to replace Colin Best who has a rib injury which will keep him out of this Friday’s match. The NRL game will kick off at 8:35pm with the Toyota Cup match scheduled to commence at 6:20pm. Gates will open at 6:15pm. The referees for the NRL fixture will be Ashley Klein and Tony De Las Heras.
