Inglis Australian ANZAC Test Selection

Rabbitohs superstar Greg Inglis has been chosen in his customary international position of centre for Friday's ANZAC Test against New Zealand to be played in Canberra. Inglis will partner State of Origin compatriot Justin Hodges in the centers this Friday night. Inglis will play his 23rd Test for Australia, and will come up against South Sydney team mate Issac Luke who has been selected for New Zealand, also playing his 23rd test for his national side. Congratulations to Greg Inglis on his selection in the Austalian team.

Luke Kiwi ANZAC Test Selection

Rabbitohs hooker Issac Luke has earned selection as starting hooker in the New Zealand national side's 19-man squad for the ANZAC Test to be played against Australia on Friday 19 April at Canberra Stadium. Luke is in line to play his 23rd Test match for New Zealand in Friday's clash. Congratulations to Issac Luke on his selection for New Zealand.

Asotasi Captain and Lima Samoa Test Selections

Rabbitohs front rower Roy Asotasi has been selected as captain of Samoa. He become the first South Sydney player to captain two international teams. Also Jeff Lima will pack in with him in the front row for Samoa into battle against Tonga in a Test match this Saturday night at Centrebet Stadium in Penrith. Both players have previously represented New Zealand, however they have elected to now represent Toa Samoa against Mate Ma'a Tonga, with an eye on the 2013 Rugby League World Cup coming up at season's end. Samoa and Tonga will do battle on the same field at which they faced off in the 2008 World Cup, being Centrebet Stadium in Penrith

Merritt, Reynolds, Peats, Sutton, Champion NSW City Origin Selections

South Sydney juniors Nathan Merritt and Adam Reynolds have been selected to represent City Origin against Country Origin in Sunday's match to be played at BCU International Stadium in Coffs Harbour. The Rabbitohs players will head north this week to play Country, a side which features no Rabbitohs this year. Merritt will earn his second City Origin jersey, having previously represented in the team in 2011. Reynolds will pull on his first City Origin jersey in Sunday's clash. Congratulations to both Nathan and Adam on their selections in the City Origin team.

John Sutton was also selected at 5/8 for City Origin but withdrew due to a groin injury sustained against the Warriors.

Rabbitohs hooker Nathan Peats has been call into the City Origin side after captain Robbie Farah pulled out through injury. He become the frst player in almost 15 years to represnet City while playing with the North Sydney Bears. Beau Champion was also called into the team after team medicals ruled out chris Lawrence but also needed to pull out while he continues his recovery from shoulder injury.

Dylan Walker U20 SOO Selection

South Sydney junior Dylan Walker has been selected in the centres for the New South Wales Under 20s side to take on Queensland in the Under 20s State of Origin match to be played on Saturday night at Centrebet Stadium in Penrith. Walker has had a fantastic start to the season, playing in the Rabbitohs' NRL trial matches in February, then starring for both the Rabbitohs' Holden Cup side and the North Sydney Bears' NSW Cup side throughout the opening six rounds of the respective competitions. Congratulations to Dylan Walker on his selection for NSW in the Under 20s State of Origin match.
