The Cyber View from the Hill

Scoreless Second half

What a great win build on the back of strong defence. We kept the 2nd place Bulldogs scoreless in the second half and paved the way for a great win.

Asotasi injury

What a disappointment to see Roy injured again. First he went off with a knee injury and came back on only to do his pec muscle. He will now be out for 4 months. All of this just after saying the injury curse was lifted during the week.

5 grade win !

What a graet weekend for the club with all our teams winning on the weekend. Reggies(Bears) won and moved into equal 1st. SG Ball won and moved into 2nd place at season end. And Matts won taking out the U16 Minor Premiership.

ARLC Considering Reserve Grade

Good to see the ARLC considering bringing back Reserve Grade. All fans want is a return to the 3 match matchday experiance, as it is proving to be too big a jump from U20's into First Grade.

Rd 6 Stat Attack

Another strog defensive dispaly. Handling errors were down to 8 and but missed tackles crept back up to 25. Keeping our penalty count down to only two and and agreat final 10 minutes were key factors in ou game today. Effective 1st tackles was still good to 33.1m

Crocker had poor hands today dropping the ball 4 times which lead to two tries. Looking at our left side defence - Farrell-Corrigan-Sutton-Pettybourne (1-0-2-3) 6 missed tackles between them. On the right side Everingham-King-Reynolds-Taylor (0-3-5-3) up slightly to 8 missed tackles between them.

On the positive side almost all fowards avareged 8+m per run each. With Luke and McQueen avaeraging 10+m. Defensively Luke and Pettybourne and Crocker were our leading tacklers with Asotasi,McQueen and Clark not missing a tackle.
