North Sydney Bears players, and contracted Rabbitohs players, Justin Hunt and Ryan Carr have been named in the NSW Cup Team of the Year for season 2012. Justin Hunt was runner-up in the Player of the Year in the NSW Cup, having played 11 games to date, scoring 13 tries and kicking 48 Goals, finishing the regular season on 148 points from just the 11 games. Both Justin Hunt and Ryan Carr were also named in the NSW Cup Team of the Year with Carr named at halfback (7) and Hunt named on the interchange bench (14). Ryan Carr is one of two Bears players to have played every game this season, 25 games to date, and has scored four tries and kicked two goals.
