Zane Musgrove is earmarked to make his international debut for Samoa in the Rugby League World Cup after today being named in their 24-man squad. Congratulations to Zane on his selection.
Sitiveni Mociedreke Fiji RLWC 2017 Squad Selection

2017 Rabbitohs debutant Sitiveni Moceidreke has been selected for a Fijian internal World Cup trial match to determine Fiji’s final 24-man squad for the upcoming tournament. The Overseas Fijians will play against the Fiji Residents at ANZ National Stadium in Suva on Saturday 7 October, with Moceidreke selected at fullback for the Overseas side.
Moceidreke has since been nmed in the final 24 man Fiji RL World Cup Squad.
Sam and Tom Burgess England RLWC 2017 Squad Selections

Rabbitohs forwards Sam Burgess and Thomas Burgess have been named in England’s 24-man squad tonight (Monday) ahead of the Rugby League World Cup. Sam, who captained England at last year’s Four Nations tournament, took out the George Piggins Medal for the Rabbitohs best and fairest player of the 2017 season last Friday night, and has backed up that award with selection in the English squad. Thomas has been named as part of England’s front row rotation and is expected to see plenty of game time over the World Cup series.
Sam Burgess England RLWC 2017 Final Captain Selection

Rabbitohs' star Sam Burgess has been named to captain England for the final of the Rugby League World Cup after back rower, Sean O'Loughlin, was ruled out with a calf strain. Burgess will have the honour of leading England out to their first Final in 22 years as they look to topple overwhelming favourites Australia.
Robbie Farah Lebanon RLWC 2017 Squad Captain

Rabbitohs hooker Robbie Farah has been named captain of the Lebanon World Cup squad which has been named tonight (Thursday) ahead of the start of the Rugby League World Cup which will kick off next month. Farah has been selected alongside Rabbitohs young gun Adam Doueihi and North Sydney Bears’ Abbas Miski. Doueihi has followed up his selection for Lebanon earlier this year with inclusion in the Lebanon World Cup squad.
