The South Sydney Rabbitohs are pleased to announce their squad for round one of the 2023 NRL Premiership against the Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks to be played this Saturday 4 March at 7:35pm at Shark Park. Rabbitohs Head Coach Jason Demetriou has named Jai Arrow in his starting forward pack for his 50th NRL game in Rabbitohs colours this Saturday night, having made his debut in the red and green in round one, 2021, against the Melbourne Storm. Host, H.Sele, Havili, Knight, D.Hawkins and Peoples are out injured. Te Hau and Milne are out suspended.

The South Sydney Rabbitohs’ NSW Cup and Jersey Flegg Cup teams will open their seasons against the Newtown Jets and Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks this weekend, with the women’s and junior representative teams also taking on the Sharks away from home in round five. Games will be played across both Saturday and Sunday in Newtown and the Sutherland Shire. On Saturday 4 March, Henson Park will host the opening match of the NSW Cup season between the Rabbitohs and Jets at 3pm.
