Felsch was captain in one South Sydney premiership decider in 1939. He also captained South Sydney in the 1939 Cup-Tie final.
Felsch was a police constable. He was a product of the NSW North Coast, and a NSW Country representative before he transfered to South Sydney. He made his South Sydney first grade debut in Round 2 1936 of the Night Competition against Balmain at the Sports Ground. A few weeks later he made his South first grade premiership debut in Round 1 1936 against Eastern Suburbs at the Sports Ground.
Felsch played 9 seasons with South Sydney. He played 118 first grade games, which included 98 first grade premiership games and 17 first grade cup games. He would also play 8 short-form games. He play all of his senior grade career with South Sydney in first grade. Felsch was a goalkicker of note, and he scored 576 points in first grade with 444 of those in first grade premiership matches. He also scored a futher 33 short-form points.
Felsch played his last first grade premiership game in Round 9 1944 against Newtown at the Sydney Cricket Ground.
