Souths into the Final

In a close tough contest Souths have beaten Glebe and advanced into the final. All final teams are struggling without their Kangaroo stars who left at midday of the game.

Players Stepping Up

A number of players have stepped up to fill in the void left by the 6 Kangaroo vacancies. These include Senior, Coxon, McCallum, Golden, Wells and third grade representative player Harden.

American Fleet postpones final

With the immediant arrival of the Americian Fleet in Sydney Harbour and the huge public interest the League has decided to postpone the League final to the following week.

Union verses League Charity match

League has been struggling to gain the public imagination and there is a feeling that its needs to engage more stars. Once such idea is a cross code charity match. There has been a lot of discussions and approaches by the League for a charity match between League and Union teams. But the M.R.U is not the bit interested in entertaining the idea. How this pans out will be of interest.
