Churchil, Wells, Harwick selected in Team of the Decade 1950s

As part of the Australian Rugby League centenary celebrations the Australian rugby league Team of the 1950s was announced at a lunch in Sydney. South Sydney legend Clive Churchill was a stand out selection at fullback. Harry Wells in the centres while South Sydney great Greg Hawick was selected in the coveted five-eighth position.
The judging panel included Don Furner, Ian Heads, Ron Massey, Bob Fulton, Terry Fearnley, Alan Clarkson, David Middleton, Ferris Ashton and Ken Arthurson
