Rabbitohs halfback, Adam Reynolds, has today (Monday) been selected as halfback in the NSW State of Origin side for Game I of the 2016 Series in what will be his first Origin appearance. A proud Souths Junior from the Alexandria Rovers and Kensington United Clubs, Reynolds has previously played top-flight representative football, having played one game for the Prime Minister's XIII (2015), two games for City Origin (2013-14), one game for the World All Stars (2016) and one game for the NRL All Stars (2013). Congratulations to Adam Reynolds on his selection for the upcoming SOO match. Adam will become the first Souths player since Bob Grant to play halfback for NSW.

Inglis Queensland SOO I Selection

Rabbitohs skipper, Greg Inglis, has this evening (Tuesday) been named in Queensland’s State of Origin squad for Game I of the 2016 Series next Wednesday at ANZ Stadium. Inglis will notch up his 28th appearance for Queensland in the match, adding to his personal Origin tally that began a decade ago in 2006. The Australian and Indigenous All Star will face off against Rabbitohs halfback, Adam Reynolds, who will be making his first State of Origin appearance. Congratulations to Greg on his selection.
