One time South Sydney premiership winner in 1925, who also won the 1925 City Cup. He was also a member of the 1926, 1927 and 1928 South Sydney premiership winning squads. Lapham is regarded as the fastest forward in the 1920s. He finished 3rd behind Benny Wearing in a 100 yard Championship of League race in 1923.
