Biggest win over Titans

98 points in two games. Our attack has finally found its mojo. It was a dominate effort from the team, with towering bombs from Latrell Mitchell being the feature of the game. What was most pleasing to see also was our high completion rate and scramble in defence. This week will be a step in class as we play last years grand finalists. 11 more wins to make the finals.

Walker double

It was a welcome return to form for Cody Walker. Walker stepped back into his halfback role on the right and had a hand in a lot of plays. For his efforts he scored two tries. Lets hope he can keep this up as the season progresses.

Toevai returns

TJ Toevai made a welcome return to South Sydney colours on the weekend. He played U21s 2 years ago. He is a big body who is wecome in our NSW Cup pack.

Mellars slow and steady

Haizyn Mellars is back, but it is a slow and steady return. In the last two weeks he has played 35 minutes in each game as he return from injury. Lets hope his return is a successful one.

40,000 First Grade Premiership Points

Davvy Moale achieved a club milestone on the weekend, when he scored the clubs 40,000th first grade premiership point when he dived over for a try. It has taken 117 years and 2265 games with 1182 wins. There will be plenty more from where that came from as South Sydney marches on.
