Li was the concussion sub. In a dominant 4th quarter South Sydney ran out winners 32 to 16. St George opened the scoring after working their way down field and scoring out wide. South Sydney hit back from a nice kick in behind the line by Yaranamua which saw Veaniu score. McGregor converts. St George obtained field position from a few penalties and scored again. A nice inside ball by Yaranamua saw Gordon score near the posts. McGregor converts. Halftime South Sydney lead 12 to 10. St George open the scoring in a simple dummy half try under the posts. A great run by Veainu through the middle saw her link up with Sekene who scored in the corner. McGregor fails to convert. Score are locked at 16 all. South Sydney went back to back when Matapo crashed over under the posts. McGregor converts. South Sydney made 3 tries in quick succession when Veainu made a big break again but was caught short. The Shipton ducked over from dummy half. McGregor fails to convert. South were in again when Church crashed over out wide. McGregr converts. South Sydney running oyt winners 32 to 16.
