Fletcher hails from the NSW country town of Coonamble. He was playing with St Gregory Campbelltown when he came across into the South Sydney system. He started his career in the South Sydney U19s Juniors system in 2022 after the covid disruption years. In 2023 he made his first grade cup debut for South Sydney coming off the bench in the 2023 Round Pre-Season Challenge(Charity Shield) against St George Illawarra in Mudgee. He made his senior grade premiership debut for South Sydney in the 2023 Round 3 U21s clash against the Sydney Roosters at Wentworth Park. After a disrupted year year with a knee injury, he stepped up making his resrve grade premiership debut for South Sydney in the 2024 Round 3 clash against the Sydney Roosters at the Sydney Football Stadium Mk2. Another disrupted season with a knee injury, saw him return cautiously in 2025, before regaining confidence in the second half of the season. He was rewarded for his efforts and made his first grade premiership debut in the 2025 Round 22 clash against Brisbane at the Lang Park Stadium. before moving up into senior grade the following season.
Fletcher is a tall strong robust second rower, who is a strong line runner who is also a strong defender.
In 2022 Fletcher represented the NSW CC Schools in the ASSRL U18 cahmpionships and was selected in 2022 Australia Schoolboy merit team. The Australian Schoolboys played Fiji Schoolboys at the end of the season Fletcher was also selected in the NSW U18 emerging blues squad in 2022.
