W-NSWRL Womens Premiership -Round 7
v Mt Pritchard, 10:00am

LOSS 8-10
Late Changes - Shipton and Yaranamua are out. Hopaote starts fullback, Taumoepeau-Williams at centre, Emily Curtain at half, Gordon at second row, Hickling and Mailangi on the bench. Koloamatangi was the concussion sub. Laufale and De Bruine dropped off the bench. The Rabbitohs womens team fell agonisingly short in a tight contest 8 to 10 against Mounties at Redfern Oval. Mounties opened the scoring after a break though the ruck set up field position before they scored in the corner. South Sydney hit back a few minutes later when Curtain setup Taumoepeau-Williams to score. McGregor fails to convert. A kick by McGregor saw Vienu regather and offload to Gordon who raced over to score for South Sydney. Mounties hit back from a chargedown to Emily Curtain where they regathered and scored under the posts. Halftime Mounties lead 8 to 10. The second half saw the pace of the game increase as play moved from end to end of the field. But in a scoreless second half Mounties hang on to win 8 points to 10.
